1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags/labels.

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect​ (e.g., wrong size/color).

Non-returnable items:

  • Digital products (e.g., downloadable files).

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Items marked “final sale” (e.g., clearance/discounted products).


2. Refund Process

  • Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of refund approval.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing may take 3–7 business days​ after approval, depending on your bank/payment provider.

  • Partial Refunds: Refunds may be reduced if items show signs of use, damage, or missing parts not caused by us.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery.

  • Products damaged by customer misuse or improper handling.

  • Shipping fees (unless the error was due to our fault).

  • Gift cards or promotional items.


4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery:

    • Photos of the product (if defective/damaged)

We will provide a return address and instructions upon approval.


5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

  • Recommendation: Use a trackable shipping service and retain proof of postage. We are not liable for lost return packages.
