The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags/labels.
The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size/color).
Non-returnable items:
Digital products (e.g., downloadable files).
Custom-made or personalized items.
Items marked “final sale” (e.g., clearance/discounted products).
2. Refund Process
Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of refund approval.
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing may take 3–7 business days after approval, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Partial Refunds: Refunds may be reduced if items show signs of use, damage, or missing parts not caused by us.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
Products damaged by customer misuse or improper handling.
Shipping fees (unless the error was due to our fault).
Gift cards or promotional items.

Recommendation: Use a trackable shipping service and retain proof of postage. We are not liable for lost return packages.
